Waivers are required for all Foam Party, GellyBall and Mini-Golf events.
- Hosting a Church, School, or Preschool Event? You can sign once for your whole group! Just enter “Entire Group” as the participant name and leave the number of participants as 1.
- Hosting a Private Party or Birthday? Each individual participant will need to have their own waiver filled out and on file.
